“MAROboost” is the company’s DBA name and will be used throughout this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms
The following Agreement is concluded between MAROboost (hereinafter referred to as “we”, us”) and the body represented by you or, if no body represented is indicated in connection with the purchase, by you personally (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
By accessing the service, you declare that you have read the Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with them.
If you do not fully agree with the terms of the Agreement, you should immediately stop using the service.
MAROboost reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website and will substitute any prior versions. You shall be responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions regularly.
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the content of our website, this Agreement shall prevail.
Use of Services

By using our services, you take full responsibility for any potential risks associated. MARObosot will not be responsible for any damages that may occur.
Service guarantees are described in detail for each specific product. In the case when the guarantee is not specified for the product you purchase, a 60-day money back guarantee applies starting from the date of purchase.
Changes in user engagement are natural, so no refunds are applied in case of unsubscription or decrease in activity after obtaining the service.
MAROboost shall not be liable for the potentially unacceptable behavior of third parties arising from the use of our services.
For the entire duration of the promotional campaign, it is necessary to keep your user account data such as the username, profile name, profile ID, account URL and others unchanged. In the event of changes, MAROboost cannot guarantee the successful completion of the campaign and/or predict its effects, since the introduction of such changes may disrupt the service delivery process. To ensure the optimal result, you must maintain your identification information unchanged throughout the campaign.
Using several promotional services at the same time can affect the results of the promotion and disrupt the services delivery. Therefore, MAROboost does not recommend the concurrent promotional services usage.
We reserve the right to introduce changes or cease any service or product without notice.
User Accounts and Registration
To register on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or , if your jurisdiction indicates a higher age of majority, you must comply with the rules of your jurisdiction. By creating an account on MAROboost website you confirm that you fulfill these age requests.

Payment Conditions

When purchasing the services of MAROboost you must rely on the information provided on the respective website exclusively, since any other sources and references regarding fees and payments made by third parties are invalid.
MAROboost reserves the right to make changes to the price lists and modify the fees for individual promotional services without prior notice. However, these changes will not not apply to services already purchased or being processed.

By purchasing MAROboost services, you declare that you MAROboost is your only promotion service supplier at the moment.
Confidentiality of Trade Secrets
We reserve the right not to disclose details of our promotion methodologies, keeping them as our trade secrets.
Disclaimer Regarding Anticipated Earnings
MAROboost is not responsible for the income associated with the promotion campaign and does not guarantee any payouts from royalties. The user purchases products at their own risk, without the right to demand a specific income from the promotion.
Position on Russian War on Ukraine
MAROboost strongly opposes the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
Therefore, the service reserves the right to verify clients’ citizenship and residency. Users verified as citizens or residents of the Russian Federation will undergo additional checks before a decision is made regarding service delivery.
Legal entities associated with the Russian Federation, whether operating within or outside its territory, will be denied service delivery. Any orders placed by such entities will be canceled, and refunds for completed transactions will not be issued.
Funds withheld from such procurements may be transferred to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine at the discretion of MAROboost.
By accepting these terms and conditions and proceeding to use the MAROboost website, you acknowledge that neither you nor any of your directors, associates, affiliates, or other entities connected with you are individuals or entities:
- is located in territories under the influence of sanctions imposed by the United Nations, European Union, United States of America, or any other relevant jurisdiction and international organizations; or
- is on the list of organizations prohibited under the applied sanctions, including the law of Ukraine
- in another way is being under the influence of sanctions that prohibit the transactions with them, on the basis of Ukrainian or other relevant law.
Refund Policy
Since the products provided by MAROboost are non-tangible and irreversible in its nature, we cannot offer refunds. We respectfully ask for careful deliberation regarding the purchase and a comprehensive understanding of the nature of the service provided.
Despite the general policy, we leave room for exceptional situations in which a refund may be required. We apply a refund policy exclusively to the cases when the service has not been delivered due to mistakes on our part. Partial or delayed services delivery are not eligible for refunds. We will accept and consider applications regarding the application of the return policy in the following cases exclusively:

Limitation of Liability
MAROboost shall not be liable to its users or third parties for any damages, expenses or other losses incurred in connection with contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, except as expressly provided in this clause.
Notwithstanding the exceptions described above, MAROboost takes responsibility for damages caused directly by the service in connection with its own gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud. Shall the conditions described in this clause occur, MAROboost’s liability for all filed claims will be limited to the actual amount incurred by the client in connection with the purchase of services during one (1) month preceding the claim.
To eliminate any ambiguity, we declare that MAROboost shall in no event be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting in loss of profits, business opportunities, reputation or otherwise, even if such were foreseeable.
MAROboost disclaims liability for failure to provide services in the event of force majeure, such as fire, explosion, power blackout, earthquake, flood, severe storms, strike, labor disputes, acts of civil or military authority, war, terrorism, including cyber terrorism, acts of God, acts or omissions of Internet traffic carriers, actions or omissions of regulatory or governmental bodies, including the passage of laws or regulations or other governmental acts impacting the delivery of online services. This regulation, however, will not be applied to the user’s payment obligations.
Data Processing
Your data is collected through two means: interactions with you and your purchases of products on MAROboost website. You provide some of your personal data directly to us, while part of the data is collected by analyzing your interactions and the use of our products. The nature of the data we collect is determined by the products and services you choose, and directly depends on your privacy settings. MAROboost may also collect data about you based on your public profiles, promoted accounts and other third parties.

Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for purposes related to MAROboost promotional activities, such as administering its services, creating statistics of effectiveness and analyzing performance and consumer satisfaction.
Your personal data is stored for as long as our analytical objectives require or as long as required by law . If this is in accordance with legal principles, your personal data may be deleted, subject to all legal procedures.
Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of the MAROboost website and its specific elements such as code, text, images, photographs, graphics, data, information, structural design, software, databases, domain names, trademarks, logos, and others are protected under international intellectual property rights
MAROboost has exclusive ownership of the website and all information contained therein. Reproducing the content or using it for commercial purposes without MAROboost’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
Applicable Law and Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be exclusively settled within Estonian jurisdiction. However, this does not prevent the service from seeking legal injunctions for intellectual property infringement in other relevant jurisdictions.
Notices
If you wish to contact MARObosot with any notices, do not hesitate to contact us at the address provided at the beginning of this agreement. In order to ensure timely and certain delivery, correspondence must be sent registered or certified mail, or with return receipt requested so that to ensure guaranteed delivery. Return correspondence will be sent to the address specified in the letter or in Your online order form. MARObosot may also contact you by e-mail or other electronic means.
Miscellaneous
No agency, partnership or joint venture is concluded as a result of this Agreement.
No third party will benefit from this Agreement.
Failure to comply with any of the obligations contained in this Agreement shall not constitute a total waiver thereof.
This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the obligations between you and Maroboost and is complete and only Agreement in this subject matter.
In the event that the performance of any clause of this agreement is deemed impossible, the rest of the agreement remains in force.
